Cain Travel: A Modern, User-Centered Digital Experience

In collaboration with Blennd, I led the strategy, branding, and UI/UX design for Cain Travel, a leading travel agency in Boulder, Colorado. The goal was to create a seamless user experience that reflected their evolving focus on corporate travel and event coordination while maintaining their legacy of exceptional service. The new design features a modern, colorful aesthetic with an intuitive layout, ensuring effortless navigation. Key improvements included a full-page takeover menu for detailed service exploration, a prominent Client Support button to address high user demand, and a notification bar for real-time COVID-19 travel updates. These enhancements make it easier for travelers to access critical information and plan their journeys with confidence.
